Reaction Time Test
Check your reaction time
If you've ever wondered if your brain can process visual information quickly, this test is for you! It's simple: as soon as the red area turns green, left-click as soon as possible!
What is the average human reaction time?
The average reaction time of a healthy human is approximately 100-200 milliseconds - plus the time it takes to perform an action in response to a signal. And in our test, the average reaction time is 237 ms.
How is reaction time determined?
The time from stimulus to reaction is estimated. In our reaction time test tool, we count the time between the appearance of the green area and your click on the mouse or on the screen.
How to know the reaction time?
It's simple: click anywhere to start, and then as soon as the red area turns green, left-click as quickly as possible! And these actions can be done 5 times in order to show you at the end of the test: the average reaction time, the minimum and maximum reaction time based on 5 tests.
How to improve reaction time?
In many sports, your result depends on your reaction times, especially in cyber sports. If you can react faster to an event, then this will give you a better chance of winning. Train your reaction every day to get better.
Also, this test is affected by the latency of your computer and monitor. Using a fast computer and a monitor with low latency / high frame rate (144Hz or more) will improve your results.
